Mill City Property Management offers vacant property and extended absence management services. If you are a homeowner that either travels frequently or will be away from your home for extended periods of time we can help. We can inspect your property at regular intervals from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to suit your needs.
Most of our customers continue to have services such as lawn care, snow removal, and interior cleaning, continue and have us report that these services are successfully taking place.
We’ll send an e-mail report to you after the inspection takes place indicating the status of each area of your home. Typical visual inspections include the following areas or systems:
- Roof
- Driveway/walkway
- lawn/landscape
- heat source
- fuel level
- electrical panel
- windows/doors
- plumbing
- foundation
