    xWe will collect all rents, pay your mortgage, taxes, insurance, and maintenance bills, and send you a monthly check by mail or establish a free electronic transfer to your bank.
  • Online Account Management and Financesx
    You may securely login to your properties any time to view financial statements, contracts and announcement. As well as see and track all maintenance requests and services.
  • Ongoing Advice & Expertise
    We help you determine optimal monthly rent for your units. In addition we perform annual property & building review including: recommended improvements, cost reduction, insurance coverage, mortgage rate, etc.
  • Tenant Management
    We handle all tenant issues including lease renewals, coordination of move in/move out efforts, assessment of late fees and eviction procedures.

It is not uncommon for our tenant approval process to be more stringent than what you currently have in place. We will refer any denied applications to you for an approval if you so choose.
