• 24 Hour Maintenance & Emergency Services

We have on-call staff 24 hours a day 365 days a year to respond to the needs of your tenants and properties.  Not every issue requires emergency response, but when that call comes we have you covered.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable

We will collect all rents, pay any outstanding maintenance bills, then send you a monthly check by mail or establish a free electronic transfer to your bank.  We also maintain complete income and expense records for you, available via your online account.

• Tenant Management

We handle all tenant issues including lease renewals, coordination of move in/out efforts, assessment of late fees and eviction procedures.

• Online Account Management

You may securely login to your properties any time to view financial statements, contracts and announcements, as well as see and track all maintenance requests and services.

• Expert Advice & Building Management
  

We will help you determine optimal monthly rent for your units.  In addition we perform annual property & building inspections including recommended improvements/repairs, cost reduction, and liability mitigation.

• Tenant Placement & Screening

We also provide tenant placement and screening services for an additional fee.  These services include:
